If you are trying to send a message to somebody, which is bouncing back with "Helo command rejected: need fully-qualified host name", and you are using Hmail server, you need to make a small configuration to you hmail.
You need to specify a valid hostname in your SMTP settings, therefore in Hmail:
Click Settings, Protocols, SMTP, Delivery of Email enter in the Host name box a valid domain name. eg yourdomain.net
